These terms govern your use of Trident Ops. By creating a workspace, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
Trident Ops is an operations dashboard that aggregates business data from connected integrations and provides tools for tasks, scheduling, profitability tracking, and AI-assisted insights. Some integrations are still being built — where a provider isn't yet available, the product will say so honestly rather than offer a broken connection.
Each workspace is tied to one business. Workspace owners can invite team members with scoped roles (admin, manager, staff). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Trident Ops offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis; you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future billing — it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.
Connecting a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe) is optional and governed by that provider's own terms in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated insights are suggestions, not professional financial or legal advice, and should be verified before acting on them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these terms, billing, or your account can be sent to hello@tridentsocial.net.
